SERVICES @IMAAN’S
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a bit about myself and Imaan’s Studio. As the owner of Imaan’s studio (named after my daughter), I take great pride in the services my staff and I provide to each customer. Imaan’s Studio started operations in November 2011 in my basement with a single treatment room. Over the past 6+ years we have grown to provide not just threading services but more advanced skin and beauty treatments to our clients including microdermabrasion, microneedling and microblading. We have also added additional services like Infrared Sauna and Light Therapy treatments.
I have worked retail in Canada for over 15 years, and have a total of over 25 years experience in the beauty industry. I am dedicated to my profession and am always researching the latest trends, testing new products and services and upgrading my skills. As a professional and a business owner I want to make sure that when customers come to Imaan’s they are confident in our services, trust and rely on our recommendations, and leave with a smile.
At Imaan’s we do not sell prepackaged series of services or make recommendations on products that I have not personally used or tested. It is normal in this industry to commit the client upfront to a series of services, that may or may not be suitable for the client and or yield the results that the client is expecting. At Imaan’s my philosophy is to make sure that the customer is seeing results and a benefit for the services they are having.
Our customers are our primary marketing and outreach plan. Our goal is to make sure that each and every client gets the time and dedication for the services they have requested. To this end, we have implemented an online booking system, and typically do not answer the phone during working hours while we are with clients. Typically as a business grows it can be harder to maintain the same level of service for customers, but I have taken great lengths to find the proper staff and to train them to provide exceptional service. I am always open to feedback and suggestions (good or bad) on how we are doing, and encourage our clients to please let me know so that we can always continue to improve and exceed our customer’s expectations.
