MICROBLADING

Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing treatment that fills in sparse eyebrows. The technique uses a hand-held and or a digital machine with needles to apply pigments that simulate additional hairs. Feathering (Hair Stroke) technique creates a dimensional and natural result, perfectly simulating the look of impeccably sculpted eyebrows. The other frequently used design is powdery soft or solid color application with the look of penciled or brushed eyebrows. Also a combination of both techniques can be used.

The key issue when looking at getting microblading done is to ensure that you are comfortable with the professional that is doing the microblading. You will be living with these eyebrows for the next 2 years (good or bad). As in most things in life the “prep work” is the key and microblading is no different. The drawing of the eyebrows including the measuring, marking and design of the brow is critical and this process can take upwards of 30 minutes. You should take pictures of the layout of the proposed brows, look in the mirror and look at them under different light conditions (indoor and outdoor) to see that the brow design and colour is suited to your hair and facial features. Do not rush or let the professional rush into starting the procedure until you are completely satisfied with the proposed eyebrows.

I have had clients that have been very nervous when starting this procedure and my goal is to make sure they are completely comfortable with the process and are aware of the outcome prior to initiating the procedure. I am comfortable and may recommend in doing the process of 2-3 treatments as this allows for a gradual change and allows the skin to heal and we can make adjustments if necessary.

Microblading procedure start at $450 including consultation and the follow-ups over the next 6 to 8 weeks (these follow-ups are included in the initial price). My goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the process and the outcome.
